LEMON-DILL VEAL (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 veal cube steaks (1 lbs.)
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions

On wax paper, combine bread crumbs and dill weed. Set aside. Blend egg and lemon juice in shallow bowl. Dip steaks into egg mixture, than coat with bread crumbs. Preheat browning dish on High 5 minutes. Quickly add butter and veal. Microwave on High 45 seconds. Turn, add mushrooms and onions. Cover. Microwave on High 4-6 minutes or until veal and vegetables are fork tender, rearranging chops after 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
