PERFECTION SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
1 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
A few pieces of either red or green peppers if you have them
1 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water and add 1 cup cold water, sugar, salt and vinegar. Stir. Cool until syrupy. Then add cabbage, celery, carrots and green peppers. I like to serve a small dish of mayonnaise along with it.
