BELGIAN CARROTS 
2 1/2 c. cooked carrots, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 onion, chopped fine
Dash salt and pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Melt butter in saucepan. Add everything except carrots. Cook until tender. Pour over carrots in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
