The best dressing in the world for coleslaw. (These aren't my words, I've just had this recipe for a few years and I agree). 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. white horseradish (Seminole) 1/4 tsp. celery seed Blend thoroughly and chill in refrigerator. I have used this recipe multiple times, and it has become my go to recipe to make coleslaw. The only thing I changed is I reduced the sugar to about 1/8 cup - still gives something for the vinegar to work with, but not as sweet tasting result.
