QUICK POTATO WEDGES 
3 lg. baked potatoes, cut lengthwise in quarters
Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. butter
Butter flavored nonstick cooking spray

Spray a baking sheet with butter flavored nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the precooked baked potato wedges on the cookie sheet, skin side down. Spray the potatoes with cooking spray, and dot with butter, salt, pepper, and paprika. Evenly distribute the cheese over the potatoes. Broil until the cheese browns. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
