SESAME POTATO WEDGES 
6 to 8 med. potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. sesame seeds
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning

Pare potatoes and cut into spears. Pour melted butter over them. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, sesame seeds and Italian seasoning. Place baking dish with potatoes in 425 degree oven until tender (good with nacho cheese soup).
