CRAWFISH FETTUCINI | |
2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. flour 2 med. onions, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 tbsp. parsley 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 lbs. crawfish, shrimp or crab 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 pt. half & half 3 cloves garlic 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) fettucini noodles Saute onions, peppers, celery and green onions in butter until soft. Add flour, parsley, crawfish, crab or shrimp and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Add Velveeta cheese, half & half and garlic. Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Fold noodles and sauce together. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
