RHUBARB CRUNCH 
1/4 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar, mix with rhubarb. Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour, and brown sugar, cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 15 servings.
