COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. Milnot
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
about 10 c. flour

Mix together Milnot, water, sugar, salt and Crisco. Beat 3 eggs into mix. Then mix together water, sugar and yeast. Add to mixture. Add 3 cups flour. Beat well with mixer. Let rise a little. Then add enough flour to knead a little (about 7 cups). Let rise again. Put in pans and let rise again.

Bake at 350°F.
