OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
4-6 unpeeled potatoes, cut into wedges (or use 2 lb. sm. size potatoes)

Melt 1 stick butter. Add 1 envelope dry onion soup, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt to melted butter. Lay the potatoes in a deep baking dish. Spoon the butter mixture over the potatoes until they are well coated. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
