SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (sm.) Jello instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sour cream (1/2 pt.)
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients and beat for 8 to 10 minutes. (This seems like an awfully long time - I beat 4 minutes or so.) Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan and sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter. Finish with remaining batter. Add lightly, sprinkle remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
