1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. grated cucumber
1 c. sour cream

Combine Jello, hot and cold water. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook until it starts to jell. Fold in cucumbers, sour cream and onion. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan.
