BLUEBERRY SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM | |
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 c. Half & Half cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 3 oz. red Jello 1 c. hot water 1 can blueberry pie mix For layer one, mix unflavored gelatin and cold water; set aside. Mix sugar and Half and Half; heat to dissolve sugar and cool. Mix with first mixture. Add sour cream. Pour into 8 x 8 inch glass dish. Let set. Refrigerate. For second layer, mix Jello with hot water. Let cool. Add can of blueberry pie mix. Pour over first layer in the mold and let set. |
