BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/4 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
4-5 sliced bananas
9 oz. Cool Whip
Chopped nuts
Chocolate syrup
2 c. sliced strawberries

Mix together graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan to make crust. Next beat together remaining 2 cups butter, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes to make filling. Spread filling over graham cracker crust. Then layer in order crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, banana slices and Cool Whip onto filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts then drizzle chocolate syrup across the top. Refrigerate overnight, may be frozen. Serves 10-12.
