MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. elbow macaroni or 6 oz. egg noodles
4 to 6 oz. Cheddar cheese
Salt

Fill 2-quart saucepan part way with water. Add a little salt. Put it on the stove over high heat and let it boil. After it boils, add macaroni and turn down the heat. Boil for 8 to 12 minutes, stirring once in a while.

While macaroni is cooking, shred cheese onto small plate. After macaroni is cooked, drain water from it and put in the cheese. Put a lid on the pan and wait 5 minutes before eating to let the cheese melt. Stir and serve.
