HELEN'S VEGETABLE SALAD 
3 c. broccoli (sm. flowerettes)
3 c. cauliflower (sm. pieces)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (do not cook)
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Italian dressing (dry)

1. Combine dressing ingredients; set aside.

2. Combine vegetables including frozen peas and stir in dressing. Chill and serve.

NOTE: I use approximately 2/3 of the dressing. Salad can be made a day ahead.
