RAINBOW MORSEL ICE CREAM PIE 
9" chocolate graham cracker crust or regular graham cracker crust
9 oz. pkg. rainbow morsels
3 c. vanilla ice cream, softened (1 1/2 pts.)
1/4 - 1/3 c. Nestle Quick chocolate syrup, divided
1 pt. (2 c.) strawberry ice cream, softened
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar

Sprinkle 1/2 cup rainbow morsels over bottom of crumb crust. Spread vanilla ice cream over chops. Sprinkle 3/4 cup rainbow morsels over ice cream. Drizzle with half of chocolate syrup. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

Spread strawberry ice cream over filling. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

In small bowl whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Garnish pie with whipped cream, remaining chocolate syrup and rainbow morsels. Makes 8 servings.
