SUGARLESS CAKE | |
1 1/2 sticks butter 1/2 c. diet maple syrup 1 c. unsweetened applesauce 3 eggs 1 c. flour, self-rising 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans, slightly coated with flour 1 1/2 c. seedless raisins, slightly coated with flour 3 pkg. sugar substitute, suitable for baking Combine the first 6 ingredients and beat well. Add the raisins and nuts. Mix well and add the sugar substitute. Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake is brown on top. Keep refrigerated. Cake is better if refrigerated a day before serving. |
