SPOON ROLLS 
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 c. very warm water, 120-130 degrees
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. self-rising flour

Mix sugar, butter, egg and water. Stir yeast into flour then add liquid mixture. This will not be as thick as biscuit dough. Refrigerate and use as needed. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake in 375 degree oven being careful not to over brown.
