ELLIE'S AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. pecans
3/4 c. dairy sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine drained pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut, and nuts. Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir into fruit mixture. Chill. Makes 4-6 servings.
