SPINACH CHEESE BAKE 
2 to 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
24 oz. carton cottage cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine everything. Spoon into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. VARIATIONS: Shredded Mozzarella, almonds, Parmesan, sauteed onions.
