SPINACH CHEESE BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. spinach, thawed
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh not in container)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Drain spinach, squeezing lightly. Brown sausage and drain. Stir in sauce. Set aside. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg. Spread in 12 x 7 inch baking dish. Spoon sausage over. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover, chill several hours or overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8.
