SPINACH CHEESE BAKE 
2 med. onions, diced
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, diced
1/2 c. butter
4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Mix spinach with sauteed vegetables and turn into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
