SPARERIBS IN ORANGE SAUCE 
3 lb. meaty spareribs, cut into serving pieces
1 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sweet red pepper pieces
1/2 c. sweet green pepper pieces
1/2 c. onion pieces
1 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. honey

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place spareribs in an oiled baking pan. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over the ribs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, turning ribs frequently. Drain off and discard baking sauce.

Pour oil into a small skillet. Saute pepper pieces about 3 minutes. Add onion pieces and saute 3 minutes. In a bowl mix cornstarch with orange juice gradually, mixing to keep smooth. Stir in vinegar and honey. Pour into skillet with peppers and stir until mixture thickens and clears. Place ribs in a bowl or on a plate. Pour sauce over and serve.
