PANETTONE BREAD 
1 egg, 2 yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. anise seed & extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts, raisins & chopped mixed fruit
2 2/3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

In large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and lemon color. Beat in butter, peel, seed, extract, nuts, raisins and fruit. Add sifted ingredients alternately with milk. Grease inside of #4 paper bag. Set on cookie sheet in middle of oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 45 minutes. If eaten immediately, tear bag and slice. Otherwise, leave in bag to cool.
