BAKED HERB CHICKEN 
1 c. herb stuffing, crushed
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 pkg. (4-5) chicken breasts, skinned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley, and garlic. Set aside. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in stuffing mixture, coating thoroughly. Place chicken pieces on shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
