HERBED BAKED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, (boned and skinned, seasoned with salt and pepper)
Herbed Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 stick melted butter

Season chicken, dip in melted butter. Have cheese, 1 to 1 1/4 cups dry crushed dressing mix and parsley in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces and coat generously on all sides. Place on cookie sheet - bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. A cut up fryer, skinned, can be used.
