GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 box graham cracker crumbs
1 box coconut (or bag)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time. Add milk, then add dry ingredients, baking powder and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cake cool before taking out of pans. Makes 3 layers.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 sm. can pineapple, well drained
1 c. coconut

Mix and spread on layers.
