GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs, separate whites and yolks
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Bread crumbs enough to coat pan, use tube pan.

Beat butter and egg yolks until creamy. Put sugar with cracker crumbs, and baking powder with flour. Mix little at a time to creamed butter and egg yolk flour mixture; crumb mixture; milk; vanilla. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold in with batter. Grease pan and line with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Check with toothpick.
