GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 lb. graham crackers, ground very fine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 can coconut
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs well. Add milk, vanilla, nuts and coconut. Add crackers and baking powder. Put in 8 inch cake pans. Makes 2 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

FILLING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 box powdered sugar

Mix ingredients together. If mixture is too stiff put a couple of tablespoons of pineapple juice in it to thin and spread on cake. Before spreading on filling, pour pineapple juice over each layer for moisture.
