GRANDMOTHER'S EASY CHEESECAKE 
30 graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
1 can Pet milk
1 stick butter, melted

Mix crackers, butter, and powdered sugar well; set aside. Dissolve lemon Jello with 1 cup boiling water. Let cool. Cream the cheese with 1 cup sugar and flavoring. Whip 1 can Pet milk until stiff (milk overnight in refrigerator whips better). Fold in Jello and cream cheese mixture. Put 1/2 cracker crumb mixture in 9"x13"x2" dish or pan on bottom. Add cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut in squares.
