CRISPY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
4 lb. fryer parts
6 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
3 tbsp. minced green onions
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs

Arrange skin side down. Broil 10 minutes. Combine mustard, onions, tarragon, and pepper. Spread this mixture all over the chicken and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil skin side down, 10 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes longer or until browned and crisp. Makes 6 servings
