APPLE FLOAT PUDDING 
4 lg. apples or 3 c. cooked dried apples
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream
1 box vanilla wafers

Cook apples until very tender, drain, and mash like cream potatoes, sweeten to taste. Beat egg whites until very stiff. Stir in cooked apples while still hot. Return to stove, when well mixed. Add vanilla. Cool. Layer apples in dish, then wafers on top, ending with wafers, then Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
