CHOP SUEY HAMBURGER 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion

Brown together. 1 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. raw rice 1/2 can water

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle a can chow mein noodle over top and bake 15 minutes. Serves 6.
