CUTLETS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef, or turkey
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper and salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Mix beef, 1/2 the milk and seasoning in a bowl. Shape into oblong patties 1/2 inch thick. Dip into flour. Brown in oil in skillet. Drain off fat. Dilute soup with other 1/2 of milk and pour over patties. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
