MUSHROOM SAUCES 
QUICK SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Blend together over medium heat.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. light cream
1 can chopped mushrooms (3 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, cream, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Stir in cream.
