QUICK DILL 
2 1/2 to 3 inch clean cucumbers
6 c. water
2 c. vinegar (apple 4-6%)
1/3 c. canning salt
Dill heads
Onion slices, 1/2 inch thick
Garlic cloves
carrot slices (optional)

In clean, hot jars place 1 or 2 garlic cloves, onion slice, large head of dill, and cucumbers. Cover to 1/2 inch of top with brine. Wipe rim. Screw boiled lids on tight. Process in simmering water for 10 minutes.
