GRAHAM CRACKER NUT TORTE 
12 egg yolks
12 tbsp. sugar
12 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
12 tbsp. walnuts, chopped fine
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
12 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Cream egg yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Mix dry ingredients; add to egg mixture. Add vanilla and blend thoroughly; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into two 9 inch pans. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
