1 lb. hot pork sausage 1 lb. ground chuck 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta 1 loaf cocktail bread (rye, wheat, etc.) Crumble and brown sausage and hamburger. Cube and add cheese. Simmer and stir until cheese is melted. Place bread on cookie sheet(s). Place heaping teaspoon of mixture on bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and flatten meat and cheese mixture with fork. Serve hot. Leftovers can be frozen. Bag and freeze in desired numbers. Reheat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These are good when first done; better when frozen and reheated. |
