CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice

Boil chicken in water until done and beginning to fall off bones. Remove chicken from broth and debone. Cook rice in chicken broth until tender. Saute onion and celery in butter.

Mix chicken, rice, soups, salt, pepper, onion, celery and butter thoroughly. Pour into a large casserole dish. Cover mixture with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Spaghetti can be used in place of rice.
