CORN PUDDING 
1 pt. corn (frozen or canned white shoepeg)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten separately
1 pt. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter

Beat egg yolks and add corn, sugar, flour, butter and salt. Add milk. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in corn mixture. Bake in buttered Corning Ware dish for 1 hour or until middle is set.
