JICAMA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas (1/2 box of peas)
1 sm. jicama
1 lime (1/4 of lime)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Leaves from lettuce

Mix equal amount of sour cream and mayonnaise, add 1/4 of lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste. Run frozen vegetables under hot water, drain. Cut jicama in match like strips. Add these two ingredients to mixture, place in refrigerator to chill. Serve small amount of salad on leaf of lettuce.
