KILLARNEY CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

TOPPING:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease 3 loaf pans. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy and creamy. Mix in sour cream. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt until thoroughly mixed.

Fill 1/2 of each pan with batter and sprinkle with 1/2 topping. Pour in remainder of batter and sprinkle with rest of topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Turn out of pans. Cool completely. Loaves freeze well. My dad's favorite!
