1 sm. potato
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 tbsp. butter
1 box powdered sugar
Peanut butter

Boil potato until soft. Take potato out of water. Mash potato, butter and flavor together until smooth. Add sugar as you stir until candy is firm like dough. Roll out and pat oblong (very thin). Spread peanut butter evenly over candy; pinch side and start to roll. Then cut into 1/2-inch slices.
