WILD TURKEY | |
10 to 12 lb. turkey Crisco 1 onion, sliced 3 tbsp. flour 1 Reynolds browning turkey bag Open the browning bag and add flour. Shake the bag until flour coats the inside of the bag. Place the bag on a large cooking or baking sheet with the end open. Arrange onions as a bed for the turkey. Rub turkey skin with Crisco and place the turkey inside the bag on the bed on onions. Use tie for the bag to close. Bake turkey at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. |
