2 #2 cans Bush's best Great Northern beans
2-4 slices bacon
1/2 lb. ground round
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. water, broth or vegetable juice
4 hot dogs, cut in chunks
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towel. Add ground round to pan, breaking up with a fork as it cooks. Push beef to one side of pan. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft. Add Great Northern beans, crumbled bacon and remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Pour into greased casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove lid, stir and bake uncovered 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
