GOOEY BUTTER CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 to 4 tbsp. water, as needed to spread

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
14 oz. can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients for dough together (it will be very thick, like cookie dough - do not use too much water), spread dough in a 9 x 13 inch oven-proof glass casserole.

Cream the softened cream cheese with a mixer, beat in the eggs, the condensed milk and the vanilla. Spread this mixture over the batter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
