"Some" celery
"Some" onion
1 pkg. plain gelatin (Knox)
Boil a good sized chicken with some celery and onion until the chicken drops off the bones. Cool; take the meat off the bones. Soften 1 package of plain gelatin in a little cold water. Boil down the chicken broth until it becomes a very small quantity. Cool and take off the grease. Warm the gelatin and add salt and pepper and a few sliced olives. Mix in chicken which has been cut into small pieces. Put in a glass loaf pan. Chill before serving.
