1 layer cake
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. soft butter
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1 c. mashed bananas
4 tsp. lemon juice

In a saucepan combine sugar, flour, soft butter, salt and milk. Cook over low heat until thick. Add mashed bananas and lemon juice and mix well. Cool and spread on layer cake, top and sides of 4 layers.
