1/2 lb. almond bark or candy coating (white) 1/4 c. peanut butter 6 oz. chocolate chips 8 oz. Spanish peanuts In double boiler, melt almond bark, peanut butter and chocolate chips together. Add peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies. |
